How I work

My work is guided by the belief that therapy is most powerful when it meets you exactly where you are.
I draw on three core approaches — each flexible, intuitive, and adapted to your needs:

how i work

1. Person-Centred
At the heart of my work is a deeply human relationship — built on trust, empathy, and unconditional acceptance. You set the pace, you choose the focus, and I walk alongside you as a witness and ally. This approach invites self-discovery, emotional safety, and a return to your authentic self.

2. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
For those moments when structure helps, I bring in CBT tools to clarify patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and build practical coping strategies. This gives you clear, actionable ways to move forward, while still honouring the emotional depth of your process.

3. Letting Go & Emotional Release
Sometimes the mind needs less talking and the body needs more releasing. Here, we focus on recognising, allowing, and softening what’s been held inside — whether through guided awareness, breathwork, or gentle somatic practices. This work supports emotional freedom, nervous system regulation, and integration.

No two sessions are the same. We might stay with one approach or weave them together. What matters most is that the space feels safe, attuned, and alive to what you need in the moment.
